The Anaheim Ducks came out of the extended holiday break dropping their first three games to Vancouver, Vegas, and Colorado. The Ducks then won two out of their last three games. They are still battling at the top of the Pacific Division.
It’s been a roller coaster recently in Anaheim with several players testing positive for COVID, which has led Head Coach, Dallas Eakins, to have to shuffle the lineup every night. As a result, Anaheim also had to call up several players, who made their NHL debuts.
Recently, every game day has been an adventure as players go out on the COVID protocol list and others return from it. Anaheim even had their game against Detroit postponed several days.
The Ducks have also been the subject of trade rumors again. They have been linked possibly to making trades with Arizona and Vegas. It’s been anything but boring when it comes to being an Anaheim Ducks fan these days and we break down the crazy ride recently.
