76ers- Nets Game Preview
The Philadelphia 76ers will head to New York City, and face the Brooklyn Nets this Saturday evening.
The 76ers, who are on a two-game losing streak after winning six of seven, are coming off of a blowout 139-105 loss last night to the Golden State Warriors. Philadelphia lost from start to finish for the first time this year, and defensively it was an embarrassment. They let the Warriors shoot 61% from the field, and allowed them to shoot 57% from three-point range. Also, on the defensive side they allowed 41 assists, and were dominated on the fast break, 20-9. As for the offense, Joel Embiid scored 28 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Paul George scored 19 and Tyrese Maxey had 14, but this is a game that Philadelphia should just burn the tape.
Brooklyn, on the other hand, rolled into Milwaukee, and beat the Bucks, 113-110. Cameron Johnson went 10-16 from the field, which included 6 three-pointers, and scored 26 in the victory. Shooting guard Cam Thomas, who leads the team averaging nearly 25 points per game, scored 24 points and grabbed 7 rebounds coming off of the bench. Brooklyn also went 25-28 from the free throw line, and outrebounded Milwaukee, 51-46.

Prediction
In the previous meeting, the 76ers won by 15 at home over Brooklyn. Even though, McCain will not be playing, the 76ers should have Embiid in the lineup, as well as George. Both teams are at the bottom, when it comes to scoring in the league. But, the combination of the 76ers roster all in the lineup, and want to get the last game out of their system, as well, as the Nets being 1-6 againstdivision opponents, and just 5-9 at home, I will take the 76ers with the victory.
Prediction: Philadelphia Over 215.5
